Amanda, an artist of alchemy and healing, has always been drawn to the transformative power of beauty. Her travels have taken her on a path as a certified yoga instructor, sound meditation guide, aromatherapist, and herbalist. She has hosted circles of women around the world, weaving together meditation, beauty, and movement into soulful experiences. A former pastry chef and lifelong foodie, she is passionate about exploring local cuisines, agriculture, and the intersection of food and nutrition.
These retreats hold a special place in her heart, as they are hosted in her ancestral homeland of Jamaica and her former home, Corsica—both places imbued with deep personal significance and sacred energy.
